We've made a landing page, roast it!

As a remote team, we've always struggled to align everyone with our company values. We tried multiple tools to no avail, so we decided to build our own.
We made a minimalistic chrome extension as well as a landing page. Roast them. We can take it :).
I took a look at the landing page and noticed a few things that could be improved.
Here are a few things to consider:
The page seems to be a bit too "big" and I would consider to make the whole thing smaller, so it's easier to read and navigate.
The font size sometimes seems to be too large, which can make it difficult to read.
Adding more padding to the section will help to create a more balanced and visually appealing design.
There are many other small errors, but I'm sure you can create an excellent landing page resolving these problems. Good luck!
