What do you actually do the day after you launch?

Launch day gets all the attention. The day after is where I think most of us go quiet.

The traffic spike is gone, the upvotes stop, and it's just you and the dashboard.

What's your routine on day two? Reply to every comment? Email early signups? Start fixing the bugs people found? Take a break?

Curious what's actually worked for people, and what you'd skip next time.

Interesting question. I’m trying to separate launch-day attention from the evidence that deserves follow-up: who returned, what they tried, and where a concrete question emerged. Do you have a simple first-24-hour checklist?

Day 2 is strictly for triage: fix critical bugs for people struggling to onboard, and send personal emails to the early signups who are actually using the product. Everything else—especially building new feature requests—can wait until the initial dust settles and real usage patterns emerge

On day two I'd write to every person who signed up but never did the first real action, one at a time, and ask what stopped them. Launch-day signups are the only cohort that ever arrives in a single afternoon, so where they drop off is the cleanest data you'll get. The bugs can wait a day. Their memory of the first five minutes can't.
