What we learned from our Product Hunt launch

Hey everyone 👋

After developing Featurebase 2.0 for a few months we are finally launching it on Product Hunt.

This is our second time launching Featurebase, and this time we did a lot of things differently 👇

1. We made a video that explains the product - having a successful launch is all about standing out, most founders still don’t make a simple video that explains their product.

2. We put a lot of effort into making sure the screenshots and illustrations are on point - people like nice things, make a product that looks good.

3. We are incredibly active with responding to comments on our post - this drives up the engagement rates, and Product Hunt lists your post higher.

4. We are also focusing on Twitter & Reddit to drive additional attention.

5. Leveraging our existing users - we will reach out to all the people in our newsletter to help us with our launch.
