Which tools would you use to build this?

Hey No-Coders!

I want to build a very simple web- app with the following functionality.

• On page load, I want to show some text to the user "Lorem Ipsum [X] foo bar [Y]" where [X] and [Y] are variables.
• The variables should be selected at random from two lists, I will have a list for possible values of X and possible values of Y.
• Then there should be a textarea where someone can write something, and a submit button to save that submission.
• I want the submissions to go into a data storage (Airtable, Google sheets, something else) together with the values of X and Y that were shown to the user.

Which tool(s) would you use to build this?
