Who is talking about your product?
How do you monitor who is talking about your product online and where those conversations are happening?
Some options I'm aware of are: Google Alerts, https://mention.com/, Twitter alerts, https://syften.com/, https://awario.com/
Are you using one of these? Is there something great out there I'm not aware of?
I use syften.com and I can highly recommend it. I set up the filters so that I get notified not only when people are talking about my product, but also when they are talking about topics where my product could help.
A today's example, Syften notified me about a new thread in r/woocommerce that contains the keyword "coupon", so I could jump in and suggest Personal Discount as a solution.
Talkwalker Alerts are better and free, having tried mention, Google Alerts and a couple other things.
