Wizards Toolkit Background

I started working on a code library in 2009 to make programming for my clients more efficient.  I've used it for several enterprise-level client websites and for 2 mobile apps.  For the last 4 months I have been updating the library for latest technology and responsive design.  I call it the Wizards Toolkit.

My goal is to finish perfecting the last two technical aspects by April 13th.  Then to finish the documentation and how-to videos by May 15th.  Then I can launch!

I've been trying to hire a CSS/HTML specialist in New Zealand.  I haven't had any luck yet.  I specifically want the person to live in New Zealand because I plan on immigrating there later this year.  For each employee/contractor I have working for me in New Zealand I get 10 points towards my immigration score.  If anyone knows New Zealand coders... let me know.  If I don't find one by April 7th I will have to hire someone outside New Zealand just to make my deadlines.
