Work From Home Struggles?

With a lot of companies now forcing their employees to start working from home, I've found a lot of friends in corporate not able to handle their responsibilities while being at home.

For us, we are struggling to iterate on our hardware since so much of the Industrial Design changes are normally done in person after seeing how our product feels, and functions, in someone's hand. We are literally mailing prototypes back and forth to try to make changes. Any thoughts on how to do hardware changes remotely?

This also got me thinking of what problems have you all been facing after working from home?
