Would you pay for a serverless hosted api server and database?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if people would pay $20/month for a hosted auto-scaling api server and database.

Similar to heroku with a Postgres add on but auto-scaling and hosted on AWS.

Let me know your thoughts.
