Talentmetrix is a talent management platform that provides an opportunity to test competencies of job applicants. Employers' can select from ready tests in main competencies like teamwork, time management, communication, decision making, conflict management, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, situational leadership, critical thinking.

Considering that each position may have different requirements we provide an opportunity to create a job profile for each position by selecting the above-mentioned competencies.

Candidates receive email notification with the links attached and answer questions based on the required competencies selected by the employer.

In the end, by navigating to reports employer can compare candidate results and also view each candidate score individually.
