VRAM Shield

I built VRAM Shield to solve a specific hardware bottleneck: laptop VRAM hitting 105°C during long AI renders. It uses "Pulse Throttling" (process-level scheduling) to manage Memory Junction temperatures without the global performance nerfs of traditional undervolting.
