I own an Amazon Manufacturer's Rep Agency where we help companies of all sizes manage their brands, products, and sales within the Amazon ecosystem.
A day in our life is never repeated. Monday might be launching new items, getting inventory loaded and uploading photography. Tueseday we'll be running Amazon Advertising reports for a promotion, tweaking bids and keywords.
If you're a company then you've got two options. 1) Hire someone inhouse for $80K/year + benefits + bonus and hope they work out. 2) hire an agency like ours for 5% commission with a bit more confidence in the outcome, because our paycheck grows linear with sales.
What does that mean? We are an outsourced sales person, because we know Amazon better than most people, and we have a full team to cover topics from strategy to wrangling excel.
The consulting business is going very well, and as a software developer that has deep knowledge of this industry, I cannot help myself but automate the annoying tasks, and build tools for our own use-cases.
Stay tuned, we are building out apps/products to help Amazon Sellers and Vendors automate a bunch of their tasks!
