Brian Greunke

My name is Brian Greunke and I'm SecDevOps enthusiast who is passionate about building resilient technology. I've spent the last 15 years trying to make [ software, systems, networks ] better.

I'm also an opportunistic teacher, practiced speaker, former military officer, reasonably articulate writer, and hopeful product developer.

I'm an advocate for open source technology, security by default, and believe that digital privacy is a right, not a privilege. My goal is to help others improve the quality of the software they produce and they systems they own using flexible tools, thoughtful practices, and simple designs.

Throughout the past 15 years, I've had an opportunity to approach technology from multiple vantage points: as a developer, a network analyst, a penetration tester, a threat hunter, and a leading teams doing all of the above.
