I joined to hopefully find a tech cofounder for a project I'm working on that would help younger (career not necessarily age) creatives from all types of backgrounds share their work, collaborate with other creatives and gain experience by helping small businesses and non-profits promote/market.

Most individuals in early stages of their careers struggle to find positions and small businesses struggle to promote their businesses--put these two groups in the same place and it becomes a win-win for all involved.
