As a software architect, I watched as my peers were forced to block LLM usage because of one major fear: Shadow AI. Employees and developers were accidentally pasting company secrets, PII, and credentials into prompts, creating a massive compliance liability.
Existing solutions were either "passive loggers" that didn't stop the leak, or "walled gardens" that locked you into a single model provider.
