Starting a Software Business Out of College

Cool interview, really like the theme/design you're using for the site. Seeing beautiful sites always makes me want to redesign Indie Hackers, but of course I don't have time 😝

My feedback for the content itself is that I wish there was more of a goal for the interview. Who is your target audience, and what do they want the most? Try to answer that question, and once you do, you can ask interview questions that cater to it.

For this particular interview, if I'm a reader interested in starting my own consulting business, I'd want to know all sorts of "how-tos" so that I get closer to being able to do it myself:

• Where do you market your services to find new clients?
• How much money do you charge clients?
• How do you find more lucrative clients?
• How often does your pipeline dry up, and what do you do then?
• How do you negotiate your contracts and project scope?
• etc
