Looking for a technical Co Founder

Hi everyone,

My name is Ibrahim and I use to be a web developer before moving on to become a startup consultant where i have helped several businesses to establish.

Presently, I am toying with a couple of SAAS and Web ideas that I feel will solve some challenges for small businesses. A key project under consideration is an invoice solution for small businesses, which I had started developing one year ago before getting stuck.

I am seeking technical partners who can work with me on this project as cofounders to develop to a logical conclusion an MVP, which we can continue to expand as the user base grows.
