Hmm, I didn't fully get it to be honest. I'm guessing it's about people inviting each other to meet in person? In the screenshot I ignored the greyed content of the messages at first and it seems that it's important for these examples to stand out to convey the message?
Thank you for the feedback, and it's just that simple. A friends, public and nearest feed of seeing what other people are doing, and you can join them.
That is true about the example standing out. I will get back to working on that.

Nice and simple, I like the design/personality there. Though I was looking for the "HOW" you'll facilitate meeting in person.
Also, maybe just me, but my brain starts to zone out when I see "social network".

There's just a lot of baggage with the term, and for whatever reason it's a cliche/overused term IMO. But that was just my natural reaction, I could be the only one.

Yeah, there is to be honest and I don't blame you. There are a huge negative connotation with social media.. so yeah I understand where you're coming from and hopefully I can help easing that.
So the how it's kind of how you see it.
Let's say someone posted to get a coffee and you would join them.
You would just have to arrange that when you join someone's activity with commenting or messaging them. So the how it's with the app and just the public feed or map
I'd include an explanation similar to that on the landing page
