Learning paths composed of different videos from different websites? Would you use this?

Interested in creating a platform to allow learners/teachers to create "courses" using the current educational content online i.e. not creating content of their own but rather scouring the web for good content and organizing it to create a course.
For example, maybe the first module has the first video from YouTube, then the second from Khan Academy, then the third from Coursera.

I'm curious as to whether or not you would use this. If so, why and are there any must have features? If not, why not? And finally, are there any problems with online learning that you have personally felt?
