Ask IH: Indian indie hackers, how do you accept international payments?

Hello IH,

The question is for indie hackers from India.

I have been reading the posts here and it inspired me to scratch some of the random ideas I had noted down.

Didn't take me much time before I started searching for the possible payment integration, found that Stripe isn't an option as of now.

Would be helpful if you can comment on the options in the country and what is working out for you?

    1. Stripe atlas is available in India. I got accepted after one email. Costs $500+ but gets you a US LLC/C-Corp with a US bank acct.
    2. Transferswise borderless accounts gives you gbp and eur bank accounts which you can use to charge European customers
    3. PayPal might be enough if you want to charge intl clients in their home currency but converting to ₹ might be hard.
