🧠 Looking for a co-founder

Hey guys!

I'm the maker of https://tidily.io which is a all-in-one app for task and projects for personal use.
I've been building this for a few months now and went through a lot of iterations.
Finally I feel like I'm on the right track. I also recently started to gain some paying customers but it's super small at the moment as I've not done any marketing at all.

I am looking for someone who can help me with marketing, specially the followings:

  1. Writing content about tidily / general productivity.
  2. Help get featured on sites like lifehack, WSJ, hubspot etc. [must]
  3. Reach out to youtubers/other influencers in this space for app review. [must]
  4. Help with SEO. [optional]
  5. Talk to customers to know their pain points. [optional]
  6. Help get funding [optional]

I'm open to revenue share to start with and equity at a later stage.

Just wanted to wish good luck to you!
I'm building a similar productivity app and I get how hard it can be sometimes to seriously invest resources in the topic which is overcrowded. You did some really nice job there and I'm looking forward for joining the competition :D

Biraj, just one advice about finding the right co-founder. This is one of the most important decisions of your project future, so be careful.

I mean it is ok to look for a tech co-founder in this group, because building a product is the way easier than bringing paying customers.

People who are really good at marketing, especially those who are related with productivity, won't likely drop their email here.

Look for influencers first and ask them to get feedback about your product, tell that you are looking for a cofounder and their ask their opinion about that. If you successfully find the one who is influencer, he will definitely bring skills and initial good number of users to your product.

You are absolutely right, I'm doing that as-well, the issue with influencers is that they are afraid to get affiliated with one single app. But definitely agree, thanks!

why do you think they are afraid to get affiliated with single app? BTW I am also Self-taught developer with Mechanical Engineer degree haha

          That's great man!
They are are a bit reluctant as they monetize their unbiased reviews of similar apps, so being affiliated to a particular app could hurt their public perception.
