Idea feedback: Testing API

Sometimes, when I'm creating an app that has integration with popular web service (such as Telegram or Github), I have problems with testing my app that using this API, because service provider often doesn't provide testing endpoints.
My idea is to create a service where the most popular API services provider will have testing API analogs.
