How to Speed Test Market Interest of a (new) Digital Product

I did the following:

1. buy domain name
2. setup Shopify store, link domain name
3. get shop background images at unsplash.com
4. setup Facebook Business Page and Facebook Pixel
5. install Pixel on Shopify
6. setup Google Analytics and install on Shopify
7. setup Google Ads, linking Google Analytics
8. New Google Ad accounts will gift you spending credit after an initial spend, for me it was spend HK$100, get $400 credit
9. Run Google Ads driving traffic to your domain
10. Analyse results: CPC, CTR, Conversions (actual sales)
11. Decide whether it's profitable / you want to build up the business at an initial loss
12. For me, shutdown Shopify store before the 14 day trial ends, stop ads before $400 credits used. Only cost of the experiment was time, effort, and the cost of the domain name registration.
13. If still going, remarket to Facebook people who visited your Shopify store but didn't buy anything.
14. when you have 100 people to remarket to you can see their demographics on Pixel

I wouldn't recommend doing this often as Shopify may flag your credit card / email address.

I hear the Fb pixel takes time to mature and 'learn' so I would assume a week or so to let it run?
