How to grow organic traffic for Pagestan.com - A Yelp clone?
I built this yelp like clone, mainly because I don't have any new ideas for Pakistan. Its pretty much functional for both desktop and mobile; except UI designer needs to have look and design various aspects.
Idea isn't new and Google & Facebook stealing traffic from yelp too, I think; so I have these questions.
How would I grow this site oragnically make users to signup and get educated about site?
How would I attract business owners and users come to same place and do an effort of maintaining there presence on yet another site?
Man, there are so many things that are easier to market than a b2c clone. Best advice: try thinking b2b. Direct advice if you want to go with the yelp - try narrowing the target audience as much as possible. Like "yelp for Pakistani hair saloons".
To be honest, I feel demotivated too about this b2c.
However since I have put an effort to it, givening it some more time to see response.
Any thoughts on how to evalute an idea before putting an effort or some examples?
