Ask IH: Use case for a robust location tracking solution in android

One of my friend has built a robust location tracking solution in android and we are thinking about suitable use-cases to built a product around it.
What do you think would be suitable use case for this?

Can I ask: in what way is it "robust"?
I think the solution is robust because we have tried to avoid various cases in which user can try to fake his location and comparing the solution with other that are present in market we think it is more robust and reliable.
You don't go, from the solution looking for the problem. It seems to be a recipe for wasting time.
Can you offer the solution as API? Other people can use it and you would charge them?
