Best social sharing competion website?

Hey guys,
Im playing with facebook marketing and want to have a go at giving away a free tshirt on my page - does anyone know of any service that will generate a competition for me / track links / shares / follows etc?

typing these keywords into google just gives me random marketing info about competetion (as in competitior)

If there isnt one- please build it! :D
