How do you deal with terms and conditions?

Hi,
I am revamping a cashback site of mine, I just want to know how do you deal with terms and conditions. Particular to my situation it's a cashback platform, there are some rules that will be stated clearly. But what about rest of the terms/conditions.
Can you please let me know how do you handle this.
