[Show IH] Submetrica - Please give me early feedback on my latest service

Hey guys.

http://www.submetrica.com

I am slowly ( nights and weekends - with a 1 year old ! ) working towards the release of my latest service - SubMetrica.

The idea is to have a single place for the most important metrics you need for your SaaS business.

The idea came about after I found that for every app I create I always end subscribing to a bunch of very useful tools and I thought it would be great to not have to jump onto each one to see the latest stats.

Stripe, Google analytics, Intercom, Zendesk, Olark, Tawk.to, Mailchimp, Convertkit ... adding integrations for all those services so you can easily see all the stats in one place. And if you just want the raw data I am planning to export data to google docs.

Any services you use that you would like to see reports on? Still plenty more to do before release but if anyone is interested in being a beta tester I would really appreciated it.

The demo looked great. You're probably working on the landing page so I won't comment on that. I think you'll need to add more integrations to justify the pricing though. I would give early adopters reduced pricing but make it clear that it's only temporary. Offering a free trial would be cool too. I also would want to know that my credentials for my services are secure.

Personally I've always wanted to do a dashboard for Twilio because when you have thousands of subaccounts it's impossible to track trends in errors. I would pay you full price just for that but that would be a lot of work.

    Overall good job!

      Thanks for your feedback!

I will be doing reduced pricing for early adopters - totally agree.

Would love to hear more about what you would need for Twilio. I had not even considered it but love Twilio as a service.

        Here's the Monitor docs: https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/monitor/alerts.

How it works is that you create a trigger in the Twilio console which consists of a friendly name, an error code, the threshold for the error, and a webhook to post the alert data (described in the docs) to.

Having a multiline chart that you could click on to show the top subaccounts with that error for that day would be awesome. It's actually simpler than I thought because I believe you configure alert triggers in your master account which also apply for your subaccounts; I'm waiting on support to confirm this though.

Ah cool - think I get it.

If you click anywhere it shows you the detailed data.
