How can a weekly curated newsletter be semi-automated?

Hello IHers,

I have started building my product - in the mining rig space - and I am looking for a way to grow my email list.

My idea is to create a curated list of topics in the cryptocurrency space. As a developer I am looking for a semi-automatized approach to create such a newsletter.

Any suggestions how to set this up? I am looking for either an open source solution or a wordpress plugin.
