Show IH: Ulmo - Improve Your Website's Usability

My name is Mihai, and I'm the founder of Ulmo (https://getulmo.com) --- a sass tool for detecting user behaviors that create confusion, retention, or interest so you can improve your website's usability. Based on the behaviors detected, you can react in real-time with built-in actions (notifications, animations, polls) exactly when an issue happens.
The idea came up while visiting an e-commerce website. I was looking for a product which didn't have enough information or images on the presentation page. Unconsciously, I've got frustrated and started to rage click the next button on a carousel gallery. At that moment, I wanted to talk to someone from the e-commerce website to explain my thoughts. That didn't happen, but I realized what great context there was for the seller to get my feedback exactly when that issue happened.
I'm particularly interested in two areas (but appreciate all comments):
- Is the value/proposition for this service simple to understand?
- Would you be interested in this service? If not, what is missing from it?
Although I'm a long time lurker, I really appreciate this community and learned a lot by reading through all the good stuff and discussions.
I like this a lot. I think I'd abstract it a little more (at which point I'd even consider to use this myself)
Right now it looks like a simple tool to track certain user behaviors (e.g. mouse movements). I'd abstract it more and limit it to detect 'Anger', 'Confusion' and 'Frustration' and point them out more.
It might also worth it to integrate it with Intercom and Drift. I already have Drift on my site and the popup doesn't look great from the screenshots.

In this basic form its functionality is limited to recording mouse movements, scroll, clicks, page visited, and time on site. These events are used to compute the tracked behaviors.
I also use Drift on the product page and I've set Ulmo to open the 'Welcome Message' widget on some 'action point' (e.g. interest behaviors on the pricing [1], faq [2] sections). Is not really a direct integration but it does its job.
