I would love to hear your thoughts on the recruitment industry at the moment, what works or doesn't work for you, in your workplace or startup?

I'll start - part of my motivation for this particular product is the many, MANY layers or communication hoops we have to jump through when dealing with recruiters.

i.e. I review resume, tell internal recruiter we want to interview someone, they tell external recruiter, the external recruiter then tells candidate!

It's all too much, I want communication to be quick, direct, clear and honest!

What do you think is this something, you could get behind?
