What are your biggest problems when trying to start new projects?

Hey guys, I am trying to start a little project of my own and I find it all a bit hard to comprehend all the things that come looking with that (mostly I have no clue how to visualize my solutions sometimes haha). Would love to know what your biggest issues are when trying/building your next awesome project.
