How do you make a deal with your co-founder?

I'm a solo founder and even thought I can handle the technical side of things, marketing is my kryptonite.
So I'm hoping to get someone with solid marketing skills as my cofounder.
But there is no legal structure in place for my startup as it's just a product at this point.
So how should I go about making a deal with someone without any legal stuff in place?
