Just launched my first agency! Any tips?!

Hello everyone,

I just lunched my first agency and soon the website will be live. It is a digital marketing agency creating websites for businesses, offering digital marketing services and also doing virtual tours. All the websites are created using Wordpress.

Can anyone share any tips of how to find other agencies who want to outsource their services to us?

    Congrats on the launch!

    My advice:

    1. Search for something like "marketing agencies" using Google
    2. Click on their websites
    3. Work out if you could provide their quality of work at a significantly lower price
    4. Send them an email pitching them
    5. Repeat

    Edit your text before you send it out. If you cannot avoid a typo in a msg subject line how can people trust your work?
    I'll gladly read over your new agency website before it goes live if you like. (lunch/launch)

    Find businesses (think gyms, universities, shopping malls) who have virtual tours and reach out to work out who built theirs.
