SaaS folks: What CRM is your company using internally?

Curious to see what others are using internally to manage their SaaS.
At Noticeable we use Intercom. Personally, I find their service really expensive but I have to admit it's easy to use and integrate.
🤔 Curious thing,
Intercom is not a CRM. What products do you use and how?
In our case, we use it to identify and categorize leads, understand their activity on our pages, automate emails sending based on events, annotate with internal notes, etc.
That's quite simple but enough for us at the moment. What are you looking for to consider a solution as a CRM?
I see -- makes sense, since Noticeable is self-service and requires low touch sales.
Had similar thoughts. We use Intercom as well, but it's not our CRM.
Made a spreadsheet, which is enough for the scale at which CertsMonitor is. Had used Trello as a CRM in the past.
I’m contemplating using the CRM from Hubspot (https://www.hubspot.com/products/crm) as I plan to use their platform for marketing automation. Has anyone tried it to give feedback?
The last few companies I built I used Salesforce.com. It got rather expensive as I grew to get the features I needed, and I honestly felt it was far more complex then it needed to be.
The day job uses Zoho which seems good, to be honest we probably don’t actually use it enough to form a true opinion on it though.
For my side project stuff I’ve never used a CRM, instead just built very light ones into the main software.
