How to share equity in a startup?

To give a bit of a background: Had an idea for a startup and I will also be the one executing it on a day to day basis. Met someone interested in funding the idea and he will also be the only investor, at least initially. We will also be using his own devs team to develop the platform and he has more than 10 years experience in business.

Do you think a 40% (me) to 60% (him) equity share is fair in this case?
