There's quite a handful of companies that blew it out the park with a bottom-up approach to tackling enterprise and BigCo adoption. Dropbox, Slack, Salesforce (sales managers in some companies were using their personal credit cards to sign up)...
If you were driving adoption for these products (or if you currently are in the same boat with your own product), what kind of tactics would you employ, what message framing would you use, or what incentivized behavior would you instill to drive usage from organic and scattered to company-wide adoption?
This is way too broad a question to solicit good answers. You should try to be more specific about which industries and types of customers you're trying to reach. Broadly, though, at this level of generality the only provably good tactic is "have a product they can't live without."
