Searching for Software (Leads, Invoice & Ticketing)

I'm looking for a (simple) software to manage Leads, Invoices, and Tickets (mail-to-tickets). I know there are plenty out there, but most are focused on just one of the three subject.

Does anybody know a simple webbase solution for managing all those three categories?
