I don't really see a value proposition anywhere on your website. You list many features, but don't really explain why they're beneficial. Why do people need to track Instagram accounts? What problem does this solve for me? Does it give me new super powers I didn't have before? Does it help me generate revenue?

I'm likely not the target audience, but based on your site, I'm not sure who this is for or why they need it.

      Hi @andrew_bpco
I will try to answer every question you have. People (businesses) track Instagram accounts so they can see the growth per day/month/year of their accounts or of their competitors. They check the best posts of an account, why that posts convert, what hashtags they used, how many followers they got, why mentioned them and much more. This stats are very important for those who are into digital marketing.

It helps you generate revenue? I found more than 1000 websites who say it provides Instagram audits and people pay for this kind of reports, so yes... if you find customers, you can scan their profile with my tool and send them a nice pdf with all the information they need. Most of my subscribers do this kind of business.

You should improve your proposal to a customer.
When I opened your site firstly I've seen "Instagram audit".
But then I saw only 3 columns with Followers, Uploads, Engagement.
I don't understand what your site is for. Please, explain the idea of your site and then it will be clear if you can win your competitors.

@Inglourious you don't need a big budget to get customers

What you need to do is describe to your target audience how your product will make their lives better.

Speaking as a copywriter and marketer, I don't understand what your tool is supposed to do.

Something I tell a lot of makers is to fill in these gaps to figure out your value prop:

[Your product] is a [describe what it is: ie. tool, product, web app, etc] that allows [target audience] to achieve [outcome] without [previous worry, roadblock they were getting into].

Do that and your landing page will make a lot more sense.

THEN, follow a logical path of questions any reader would ask upon entering a page.

Who are you? What do you do? Why should I care? <--- This should be answered in your value prop

    How do you do it?

Why should I care enough to drop the alternative I'm currently using (whether it's another product or doing things manually) to start using yours?

Have others like me cared enough to switch to your product?

    Why should I believe you?

Alright, I believe you, now what?

Hi @veronikopy, Thank you for such a valuable feedback, never taught of this! Do you think I can achieve all of this by creating a video and posting him on my front page or should i do content and video?

Hello , You should really analyze what the Ih'ers who have replied to you so far have said..its right on the money , especially...

" This is a pretty hot space right now and there are literally hundreds of companies offering analytics for Instagram. "

This statement is key to understanding your problem...your offering basically the same service that HUNDREDS of competitors do..but your basic concept is analytics .

People have different reasons why analytics are important to them
but , analytics are like an apple pie ( The instagram acct ) after its been baked( the analytics) .

The analysis ( Tasting ) comes AFTER the pie is baked...the taster says..it needs more apples & cinnamon
( track record of the insta acct )

If your users really cant bake/sell pies ( poor KPI's )...Then , your job is to teach your users to use key ingredients that you sell to them , so they can make / sell better pies ..

Not merely keep telling them their pies are not selling .

is instagram their only social media account > probably not.

Above the fold you want to make sure that I understand what I get from your tool. And I don't mean an audit and wonderful analytics. Does it tell me if an instagrammer I want to get as influencer is faking their audience? Does it tell me if that instagrammer is running lots of ads? Or maybe undisclosed ads?

Who is this for really? If you don't have an underserved segment in mind that this is specifically made for, you better have a war chest. This is a pretty hot space right now and there are literally hundreds of companies offering analytics for Instagram. In a space where the players are undifferentiated, two things usually happen: prices race to the bottom and the company that spends big and gets an early advantage can take over the market.

Is this for growing one's account? Competitive and market intelligence? You really need to choose a customer segment and a specific need where you will be able to deliver the most value.
