I'm a solo technical founder, good with code but not so great at marketing and growth . Where should I look for a cofounder with marketing skills ?

Reach out to sales / marketing staff who work for competitors and/or complementary businesses.
Reach out to established players which your product is going to make obsolete. If they are convinced, they might be keen to work with you. The nice thing about this approach is that they have experience in your market and are already entreprenurial.
Talk about your idea on /r/Entrepreneur and /r/smallbusiness. The latter has people from variety of backgrounds who are interested in small business.
This won't happen overnight and a lot of luck is involved, so you should maximize for starting conversations with as many potential suitors as possible.

I'm building a personal productivity tool.The market is too crowded with alternatives but no clear winner also it's a big market.
Sounds like it's a b2c product. Are you referring to something like Trello, Asana, etc?
Hello Biraj, you need to find someone that is great where you are lacking - in this case, marketing/growth (scaling).
Unfortunately, there is not a general place that you can find a non-technical cofounder. AngelList is good from what I hear. That is the only website that I can recommend. What you should do is trying to network locally and go to events where there are like-minded individuals. This is what will help you the most when it comes to finding a cofounder that suits your requirements.

Those are some great points.Do you suggest I ask them to generate $x revenue to prove their effectiveness and even if they can't reach the goal they will still get y% of the revenue they have generated for me.
