I'm a developer myself - I build my company from the ground up. We've got a loyal customer base plus 13% week over week user growth. Bootstrapped, profitable - we're growing like mad and I need to develop a team of engineers.
For starters, looking for one super talented guy or gal to take the prototype we have and rebuild for version 2 - quickly (a month or two, doesn't have to look the prettiest but has to function).
Trickiest technical bits:
- Scheduling function - we've got events that need to be scheduled for the future and have CRUD operations done on them
- The app needs to be ready for white labeling (full domain whitelabeling, a few other bits).
Stack I'm (decently) set on: Postgres, Node, Express, React.
Remote work, for the right guy or gal that can spearhead this thing and go all in I can pay very well.

Great stuff, though not my tech stack (rails guy) but I love it when white-labeling is fully embraced. It's super simple to do, I've done it multiple times over the last 12 years and can only recommend it to approach more groups of consumers.

13% week over week growth!!? That alone is tempting even with the choice to use Node, which I have little desire to ever return to.
What are you building?
Edited edit: Nvm, it's a product we've already had a discussion about 3 months ago. Also I mistook user growth for revenue growth (which works out to (35k/27k) ** (1/14weeks) = an average of ~1.87% weekly growth in Stripe-verified revenue since that post).
correct, user growth is what I'm tracking. We're also higher than 35 MRR incidentally, but I switched payment processors and haven't updated.
He said the 13% week on week growth right beside customer base.
I'm inclined he's referring to users not revenue.
1.8% revenue weekly growth means 35k a month today will be 90k a month in a year (52 weeks).
Ah, that explains it. I got so excited seeing 13% week over week growth that my reading abilities deteriorated before getting to the end of the post.
A year of that much revenue growth would have been going from 35k to 20M a month!
