Any Indie Hackers out there working on non-software/non-information products?
I'm curious if anyone here is bootstrapping a service business or other business that isn't in the software/info product space? How is it going for you? Do the same principles apply?
Before I started teaching business with @amyhoy, I started a bootstrapped brick and mortar coworking community & space (newest website about to go live: https://new.indyhall.org). We've been in business since 2006. Zero outside funding (investors, banks).
All of the same fundamentals apply:
I run a small ecommerce store as a side project with my girlfriend. It's going fine.
@Vinrob runs a service business which is going really well.
