Recommendations Needed: Blogs & Subscribers
Hey all,
What tools you recommend that are the simplest and quickest in order to:
- Open a blog (under private domain, not Medium etc), with a "Subscribe with email" box.
- Manage the emails & subscribers and send them content
Both free & paid tools are welcome :-)

Definitely Wordpress with a Mailchimp integration.
Although I'm quite tech savvy, I never tried Wordpress.
I'm looking for something with almost zero time of setting up/configuring/styling, etc...
As far as I know Wordpress will require some fidgeting before I can actually write down a blog post.
Am I wrong?
Modern Wordpress not so much - you can get a free site on Wordpress.com, and the onboarding will walk you through the basic stuff. They keep making it easier for non-technical people to get started.
That being said though, I know that there's a limit on what you can do on the free tier, plugin-wise. On the paid tiers you can just enable a plugin to integrate with a mail system.
