I did put aside 15k$ from my current business and want to buy a SaaS or mobile app with pre/post product market fit to shortcut the development phase. Is there any marketplaces/sites except Flippa where I could find products/apps/services for sale and contact founders?

Why the "except Flippa"? Is there really a better option in the English-language market at your budget level?
At 15k, no platform is going to be able to do much vetting!

I have some. Product/ market fit is easy if you enter a market with a proven model. Google was a late entry.

Those are high-quality website brokers. They vet everything (unlike flippa) before listing them.

Both Empire Flippers and FEI will have very little businesses selling for that little. Brokers are good for anything above $50,000. Below that, you'll have more luck approaching potential targets yourself (also keep in mind that a broker will eat 10-15% of the sales price!).
