I was fascinated to learn of the Difficult Conversations Laboratory in this long form article by Amanda Ripley

Scroll down to the graph under "The conversation whisperer" section to see the graph of positive and negative emotions in a simple vs a complicated conversation. Does anyone know of such a lab on line? I would like to be involved in such a journey.
I recently launched a mobile app in the US that emulates some of what the Difficult Conversations Laboratory is trying to accomplish. You can check it out here: www.indivius.com.
That's interesting. Have you considered hooking your app up to some kind of cognitive service to generate a graph?
