Hi all!
I just started my new side project AnalyticalMarketer.io, where I write about data-driven skills for marketers.

As I know a lot of you guys are struggling with marketing (e.g. "you can't really measure it", "it's a trial and error process", "you don't know what works", "what should I focus on") I thought above guide is interesting for you as well.

Even though most here have an app or SaaS I have seen some with ecommerce businesses as well. In addition the process outlined in the post is applicable for other business types as well and can be transferred.
The guide gives you only six KPIs you have to focus on and they are directly derived from a typical ecommerce store's business objectives (sales revenue, brand awareness, audience building). All trackable in Google Analytics.
