Getting Terms of Service and other legal advice for a marketplace
Howdy IH-
I'm putting the finishing touches on project (a marketplace) with a friend and we want to get a couple legal documents in place before we go live (terms of service, privacy policy, etc).
Where do you guys and gals go to get these? I find the online templates and generators to be generic / not targeted toward a marketplace per say.

I shouldn't say this (not legal advice) but for the last few marketplaces I've set up for myself & others, I've "borrowed" the wording from similar marketplaces and did a find/replace with my marketplace details. Once those first few transactions roll in, it's off to a specialist lawyer to get formal legal docs created.

For privacy policies I recommend iubenda. Your post reminded me and just now, I added Google Tag Manager and Wistia to my policy with a few clicks.
