Pretty sure any seed funds/angels will be remote. Most don't have physical offices for startups they fund.
indie.vc, earnest capital and tinyseed are three investment 'bodies' investing $100k+ in remote teams.
thanks for those links.. Indie.vc seems to be for a much more mature rev positive startup with revs > 250k/annum.

No problem. I know for a fact that indie.vc has invested in startups with <10k MRR before and are happy to do so again.

They'll start this year but Tinyseed is remote and as long as you can make it to video call during US business hours the timezones won't matter either. Incorporating in the US also is a restriction.
