What game-changer tools have you been using lately?

We've been using Canny.io lately on our site, and we've had a huge positive reaction. It's helped us prioritize our feature requests a lot by focusing only on the features that the most people want, something that we couldn't previously do on Facebook Groups.

It's also great for transparency because you can make a socially-created public roadmap that really tells your users you are here for them.

What tools do you guys use that have really helped you zone in on areas of improvement? I'd love to learn more from the community!
