Ask IH: launched a SaaS years ago, use it everyday but I might be the only one

Like a lot of you, I started multiple SaaS in the past years but I got one that is still a big mystery for me 🤔: Mailpopin ( https://mailpop.in/ ).
The idea is pretty simple, Stripe does not give enough informations through their payment email (only technical data like amount, customer_id and customer email) 😩... so I made a SaaS that send emails with contextualized informations to answer important questions like:
- is it an upsell?
- is it a downgrade?
- what are the customer latest invoices?
- its stripe metadata ?
- since how long do I know him
- etc... everything inside one email send by mailpopin that replace each stripe payment emails. 🤩
However, since it's launch it did not get any traction and I could not find a business model for it 😔 (unlike Image-Charts, see the previous post on IH: http://bit.ly/2vOdjJO 🦄) and I wonder if some of you had some insights or ideas on how I could improve this SaaS to make it viable 👍
is that a picture of the email you send?
shouldn't you have some kind of before and after "picture"
