Trial-starting a productized service - anyone wants to test it for free in exchange for feedback?
Note: if you guys can tell me that this is a terrible idea and will never work - I really want to hear it. Any constructive / destructive feedback is greatly appreciated! 😁
The concept is :
On your behalf, we hold personalised interviews with your existing clients. You learn their points of view without spending your own time. Also, you're not limiting or conditioning the answers with polls and surveys.
To start, we learn about your product together and plan the whole campaign around your goals and priorities. By that I mean we can target your pricing strategy, user retention, ideas for product development, etc.
Then we do the interviews - letting the clients say what they think is important, asking plenty of follow-up questions.
After that - everything gets summarised and presented to you in a nice report (plus the transcripts, etc).
That's it!

As someone who has a full-time job and works on projects on the side, an enticing angle for me would be not having to juggle trying to find times during the business day where I could hold a chat with a customer like this.
